Our chef Marin Pleše, originally from Malinska, has mastered contemporary culinary techniques while working in two top-line Croatian restaurants – ManO in Zagreb and Pelegrini in Šibenik. Today, as the chef of Restaurant Vila Rova, he aims to intrigue guests with his dishes and introduce them to Krk through the fullness of flavours he grew up with.
Together with a team of chefs who have large experience working in the finest Croatian and international restaurants, chef Marin Pleše creates imaginative dishes that convey the abundance of Krk region.
