TASTING MENU „THE BRIDGE“
"The Bridge" is a story of connecting the past and the present, bringing together local fishermen, foragers and shepherds with you, our dear guests. While creating this menu local ingredients are combined with cooking techniques from around the world. Through "The Bridge" our guests will be experience the island by indulging in the abundance of the sea, forests and Mediterranean herbs served on their plates. The menu is adapted depending on the freshness and seasonality of the ingredients.
